Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
1. Items must be unused and in original condition
2. All original packaging must be included
3. Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: customerservice@shopiconicwomen.com
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of
payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
